LET'S GET CONNECTED
A CALLING THAT
CANNOT BE IGNORED
I am fortunate to be surrounded by passionate, committed individuals who go above and beyond to serve farmworkers and other hard to serve populations. The time is now to shine a light on their stories and the work being done during challenging times.
My wife Susan and I have been married for more than 25 years and are the proud parents of Amanda, Alison, Morgan, and Justin Kuchnicki. We also have a wonderful son-in-law, Nick Young, and a beautiful granddaughter, Parker Marie Young, who brings much love and sunshine into our lives. The commitment to the community in my personal life has found a natural extension in my professional life, working as Director of Community Programs with Telamon Corporation. On a daily basis, I interact with people dedicated to strengthening individuals and improving communities. I am proud to share some of their stories with you now.
ENTER A WORLD OF STORIES
As I say in the introduction of my podcast, I am a big fan of storytelling. During these first two seasons I have interviewed representatives from agencies such as Telamon Corporation, the Migrant Clinicians Network, Michigan Farm Bureau, Farmworker Justice, AgHelp and the Hispanic Latino Commission of Michigan. I learn something new from all of these stories and hope you do as well.
